Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know what to release and what to hold onto?

Why is releasing things so difficult even when I know I should?
+
Position 2 (why you are holding on) names the specific reason. The most common patterns: fear that releasing it means the loss is permanent, identity tied to the thing being released, or a mistaken belief that holding on preserves something.
What happens after I release what the universe is asking me to let go of?
+
Position 3 (what becomes possible when you release this) shows what opens up once you stop holding space for what needs to go. The energy locked in clinging becomes available for something new.
