Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Tarot-7 operated by 9289-4260 QUEBEC INC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using tarot-7.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Tarot-7 provides:

• Free Services: Unlimited access to public tarot card readings and spreads
• Free Account: 1 personalized AI-generated tarot insight per week (requires login)
• Premium Subscription: $4.99/month for 10 personalized AI-generated insights per week

3. Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Users under 18 should have parental guidance.

3.2 Google Authentication

Accounts are created using Google Authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Premium Subscription

• Price: $4.99 USD per month
• Billing: Automatically charged monthly via Stripe
• Benefits: 10 personalized tarot insights per week
• Renewal: Automatically renews until cancelled

4.2 Free Weekly Readings

• Free accounts receive 1 personalized insight per week
• Resets every Monday at midnight (EST)
• Unused readings do not carry over

4.3 Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period
• No refunds are provided for partial months

4.4 No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for:

• Partial subscription periods
• Unused personalized insights
• Dissatisfaction with readings
• Account termination

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.

5. Use of Service

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Tarot-7 only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the service to harm, harass, or threaten others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the service
• Resell or redistribute our content or services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5.2 Content Accuracy

Tarot readings are for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. They should not be considered:

• Professional advice (medical, legal, financial)
• Predictions of future events
• Factual or scientifically accurate information

Always consult qualified professionals for serious life decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content on Tarot-7 (text, images, logos, card designs) is owned by 9289-4260 QUEBEC INC or licensed to us. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding
• Create derivative works based on our content

6.2 Your Content

When you generate readings or ask questions:

• You retain ownership of your questions and input
• AI-generated interpretations are provided as a service
• Your reading history is stored in your account (you can delete it)

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services:

• Google Firebase: Authentication and data storage
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Google Analytics: Website analytics
• AI Language Models: Generate tarot interpretations

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Tarot-7 is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 9289-4260 QUEBEC INC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Updating the “Last Updated” date
• Email notification to registered users (for material changes)
• Prominent notice on the website

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and data
• No refunds will be provided

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tarot-7.
